Dividend Declaration

Dividend Declaration for June-end 2026 Quarter

In line with the Company's updated strategy, announced in March 2026, the Board announces the next quarterly dividend of 1.75 pence per ordinary share for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. The ex-dividend date will be 10 September 2026, followed by a record date of 11 September 2026. The dividend will be paid on or around 9 October 2026.

Of this dividend declared of 1.75 pence per share, 0.0 pence per share is treated as qualifying interest income.

Angus Gordon Lennox, Chair of the Board of Gore Street Energy Storage Fund plc, commented:

"This distribution is the third distribution to Shareholders since the Board announced the Company's updated strategy in March. It demonstrates continued delivery against the new strategy, following the refreshment of the entire Board seven months ago, to maximise value on behalf of all Shareholders. We once again reiterate our unanimous recommendation to vote against the Saba resolutions to protect Shareholder value and urge all Shareholders to exercise their right to vote as the future and value of their investment depends upon it."
