The Company seeks to provide investors with a sustainable dividend over the long term by investing in a diversified portfolio of utility scale energy storage projects in the UK and internationally. In addition, the Company seeks to provide investors with an element of capital growth through the re-investment of net cash generated in excess of the target dividend in accordance with the Company's investment policy.

Investment Process

The Company will not invest in any projects under development^* so that, save in respect of final delivery and installation of the battery systems, all other key components of the projects are in place before investment or simultaneously arranged at the time of investment.
