Gore Street Energy Storage Fund plc announces that as at Thursday 28 March 2024 its issued share capital consists of 505,099,478 ordinary shares of 1p each, with no shares held in treasury, and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 505,099,478.

The above figure of 505,099,478 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
