Investment Manager Share Purchase

Gore Street Energy Storage Fund plc (the "Company"), the internationally diversified energy storage fund, notes that Gore Street Capital Limited (the "Investment Manager") has purchased a total of 1,260,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 78.58 pence.
Following this purchase, Gore Street Capital Limited Directors and employees hold approximately 4,560,000 shares in the Company.
Pat Cox, Chair of the Company commented on the Share Purchase:
"We are pleased to see the manager substantially add to the already large holding owned by the Investment Manager and its staff, demonstrating clear alignment with shareholder interests."
