Correction of Information - Notice of AGM

The Company's announced on 23 July 2020 that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Wednesday, 19 August 2020 at 09.00 a.m.  The announcement contained an incorrect voting link in respect of submitting proxy votes.  For avoidance of confusion the proxy voting link can be accessed via the Shareholders' portal at https://www.eproxyappointment.com 

To vote Shareholders will require the control number, SRN and PIN to log into the site. These are provided on the proxy form. To vote at the AGM, Shareholders should submit votes not later than 09.00 a.m. on Monday, 17 August 2020.

The Company is holding the AGM under the regulations set out in Schedule 14 of the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020 which allows closed AGMs to be held virtually in light of the coronavirus pandemic.  The AGM will be held by electronic means with the minimum necessary quorum of two Shareholders in order to conduct the business of the meeting. The format of the meeting will be purely functional and will comprise of the formal business. 

These steps are being taken in response to the coronavirus pandemic.
